Luis Fonsi is a Puerto Rican singer , songwriter and an actor..who is known for his best song ''Despacito'' .
He was born on April 15 1978,the eldest child of Alfonso Rodriguez and Delia Tata Lopez Cepero . During his childhood Fonsi showed many signs that music would direct his life.He joined the Dr. Phillips High School, and participated in a group called the "Big Guys".In 1995 he enrolled at the Florida State University to study about musics.He also joined the university's choir which let him travel throughout the world,recorded demo tapes in Miami.After that he was offered for a recording contract by the Universal Music Latin .
